  Went to the KFC and asked to substitute gravy for my salad. The cashier told me they don't do that. I know this is not her fault as a cashier but I asked "why not, every other KFC does?" The manager yelled from his table: "but we don't". Went across the street to Mary Bown's. I was able to substitute my salad for a gravy with no problem. Also you can substitute your fries for delicious taters for free. Needless to say I am not going to Cochrane KFC again. WE LOVE MARY BROWN'S!!

  They couldn't provide one of their own deals. The lady working there said the owner chooses not to give the deal that is all over television and adverts currently. I never go to KFC and this is a great reason to never return. Awful service.

  Employee was really friendly and helpful. Store was clean and our food was ready quick.
