  Had to replace my and my wife's stolen bikes. We visited another bike shop in Calgary that we have dealt with before but had always been disappointed in the service. It has been 10 years since we had to buy a bike and were glad to see that we had more than one option of where to buy Rocky Mountain which we have always rode. Have to say that the service at Bike Bros is awesome! Ryan spent all the time we needed (hours) to set up as many bikes as we wanted to test ride, described all the new features and design changes and made sure we both got the bikes that best suited the riding we do (my wife switched to Giant). We are glad we decided to make the drive out to Cochrane. Bike Bros will now be our go to bike shop. These guys know bikes and are most interested in ensuring you get the best bike for you.

  I had some comfort issues with a pair of shoes i purchased. They did a great job of helping me out. Very friendly!

  I live in Calgary and there are at least a dozen decent bike stores in the city, but Bike Bros. is worth the 25-minute drive out to Cochrane. Graham, Andrea, and the staff definitely have a small-town friendly vibe that made me feel at home right away (they serve great coffee BTW!) ... AND they know bikes--REALLY well. Selection was great (I had no problem finding the kind of bike I wanted) and they had all the bike clothes, accessories, and parts I needed. One of the things I liked best was they gave me the pros AND cons of the bikes I was considering, which helped me make an informed bike purchase (rather than guessing and hoping for the best). If you feel like you aren't making a connection with a big-city bike shop (and even if you are), head out to Bike Bros. Bikes aren't cheap. I'm glad I spent my money at a place that helped me buy a bike that's right for me.
